Triangle Choke After Opponent Escapes An Armbar

When applying a cutting armbar from the guard your opponent will often pull his arm off your neck and onto your chest at which point you can push his face away, bring your outside leg over his head and apply an armbar on your stomach. ...I would recommend this course (N.A.S.T.I Self Defence) to everyone, male, female and child alike,  as it covers a range of scenarios on multiple levels.

I found it to be invaluable towards my  attitude to the way I live and go about my life; where once I froze in the face of fear, I now don't  give it the time of day.
